Where can I find you?
We are currently trading at Baldivis Community Market on the first Saturday of each month.
How is your gin made?
We steep our botanicals in the finest premium spirit, before distilling. We bottle at 50% alcohol to concentrate the delicious flavours.
What's your favourite flavour of gin?
The Dry Gin is definitely our flavour of choice, pair this with lemonade if you want it a little bit sweeter. The Orange & Cassia is our crowd pleaser, pair this with tonic and fresh lemon.
Billy Stitch Beginnings
You wouldn’t be enjoying these awesome beverages if it wasn’t for my wife Steph. She tolerated the messy beginnings of the craft of distilling in our spare bathroom with the help of Jesse from ‘Still It’. When it grew to take over the garage, backyard, 2 bedrooms and theatre she still endured. When I proposed spending our life savings on a Distillery, she rolled her eyes and said “at least I’ll get the house back”. Thank you for your patience and banter.
